1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note: Certain items such as clearance products, custom orders, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@lukist.com with:

Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
3. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tracking Recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lukist.com. We will cover all costs associated with replacing or repairing the item.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
